In February 1993, PharmaServ was established as an individual company offering compliance and validation consulting services to the Pharmaceutical Industry. The Company was founded by Elizabeth Plaza after years of hands on experience in technical services, process validation programs, cleaning procedures validation, product and process transfers, process optimization, quality and regulatory compliance programs.

The company incorporated as Plaza Consulting Group, Inc. in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shortly became a minority certified and woman owned company.  Our strong infrastructure, policies and qualitly systems have been recognized by our customers.  Pharma Serv is currently certified as preferred vendor by most of our clients.  Pharma Serv currently  holds a portfolio of over thirty (30) clients.

Pharma Serv rapidly grew to become the preferred choice for validation and regulatory compliance services in Puerto Rico and our clients testimonials and references introduced us to markets in US mainland, Europe and Latin America.

Pharma Serv evolved to the next level.  Today, Pharma Serv is the largest regulatory compliance and validation company, with a pool of over 170 qualified professionals, with in depth experience and committed to fulltime support.  Pharma Serv underwent a reverse merger with Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. a Delaware corporation becoming a public company in 2006.
